WARRANTY AND RETURN POLICY

This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Most manufacturers will warranty their products, therefore all warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Armor Rex LLC. disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Armor Rex LLC. does not represent or warrant that the functions contained in the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, that the defects will be corrected, or that this site or the server that makes the site available are free of viruses or other harmful components. Armor Rex LLC. does not make any warrantees or representations regarding the use of the materials in this site in terms of their correctness, accuracy, adequacy, usefulness, timeliness, reliability or otherwise. Some states do not permit limitations or exclusions on warranties, so the above limitations may not apply to you.
Armor Rex LLC. offers a 14 day return, refund and exchange policy. You must contact Armor Rex LLC. by email at prior to any return, refund, or exchange to receive an RMA number. All return must be unopened/seal in box and in original package. Return shipping and all damages occurred during return shipping are solely the responsibility of the customer.. Any items returned for a refund, including those that were shipped for free will have the original shipping/insurance cost deducted from the amount of the refund. All returns must include a copy of your receipt, along with the billing address, shipping address, contact phone number(s), contact email, and RMA number. The returned items must be received by us no later than 14 days from the date you received the order. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all returns. Items that are unused and with the original packaging can be returned for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Shipping charges are not subject to refund under any circumstances. Products that are not subject to returns are custom configured products, used products, special orders, items sold "as is" or "used", any tools, custom work or assembled items such as patio heaters, table top heater, installed trailer parts, optics that have been mounted in rings, clothing, ear plugs, closeout items, etc. This list may not be all inclusive, contact us with any questions regarding this policy before placing your order. Defective products must be returned to the original manufacturer for warranty service. It is recommended that any shipments containing items for return are sent with a carrier that offers tracking numbers and full value insurance on the parcels. Armor Rex LLC. cannot be responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged while being shipped to us. Please note that the Post Office does not offer tracking capabilities on packages. Any packages that are refused by customer or are unclaimed at the post office will be treated as a return.
